I am 33. When I smile only I have saggy loose skin under my only *one* eye. It's baggy looking when I wake up, can improve throughout day but doesn't completely go away. Not present when face relaxed. Also, mouth has gotten crooked over last couple years. It slants to my right side, like the left side isn't tight. relation between mouth slacker on left side and skin under eye looser on left side?? Cause? non-surgical things can be done first to fix this? Thanks
