26 year old, thin build female. I have had this problem for over 10 years and have been wanting to remove it for a long time now. It is on both armpits, bigger one one side.

It is very early in your postop course but didn't your Miami surgeon arrange for you to followed in your home city? You should be seen by a board certified plastic surgeon for postop care.

In general it should not be a problem. However, situations like this should be discussed with your plastic surgeon. Active infection should be eliminated before elective cosmetic surgery.

Hello.  It is common for breast implants to drop at different rates and for one to look bigger than the other and feel tighter soon after surgery. You're likely still swollen. Ask your PS about those at your next visit. Best, Dr. ALDO.
