I am 56, fit and healthy, fair English skin that usually heals without scarring. I had a lower face lift Sept 2021. Dec 2022 I still have raised, noticeable scars around my ears. I have had 3 lots of Celestone injections & used silicone tape etc and my surgeon thinks a surgical correction is required, my skin has just healed this way. I would rather avoid the further cost and downtime of surgery. Is this normal and if it is the way my heals what is to stop this happening again?
