Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. The main ironies is that the skin is not irioerly worked around your ears. That why your left earlobe looks odd. I agree that a revision is appropriate but it’s worth getting other opinions as to what should be done
