Skin stretched over tragus in 3rd facelift caused unsightly ear distortion - can anything be done to correct it? (photos)

Did a major revision w/expert over 2 yrs ago to fix damages from 2 prior bad lifts -pixie ears, etc; waiting 14 mos and 22 mos between 2nd and 3rd surgeries, all in a 3 yr period; now cheek skin is stretched over traguses, blunting them; ears are stuck into my face, pulled down, and attached. I am sickened over this. Original ears were round and detached. I've got constant thick puffiness and swelling under ears, around jaw 2yrs out that worsens the look. Can anything be done to correct?

I see deformed ears commonly after facelift and it can be corrected. I cannot really determine that in your photos but maybe it’s more noticeable in person.

Without photographs, it is difficult to comment. It would be very unusual for something to snap or suddenly pop and loosen up six months following surgery. It is possible for things to loosen up in the neck after a period of months, and sometimes a small touch-up may be required. I would suggest...
