8 months post facelift - what can I do to address asymmetry and uneven dropping?

I had a comprehensive facelift+ about 8 mos. ago. 6 mos later a sharp jaw pain at a dental cleaning. Iced 3 days and pain went to under ear and (sternocleeidomastoid?) strong sustained pulling down sensation.Platysma got hard and later loose and dropped. Other side stills looks great so assymetrical. Stitch behind ear now pulled below ear. Surgeon said he would pull the stitch up but neck looks weird dropped only one side. Suggestions please. Surgeon is far away.
