Blunted tragus, overstretched skin, stuck on ears - can this very upsetting result be fixed? (photos)

Kirstyn Jackson
A revision over 2 yrs ago to fix pixie ears, etc from 2 prior lifts left even worse look. Skin looks pulled from side to side, blunting tragus; ears stuck on, pulled forward, elongated, attached and buried in face; earlobes are too large/long. A thick padding feeling under skin w fluctuating swelling under lobes through lower cheek and jawline improved only slightly in 2yrs. Will it ever resolve- if not what can I do to reshape the lobes, regain a defined tragus and restore the balance?
