5 months in. 1 small eye, fake grin. How can I get my old face back? (Photo)

My doctor gave me a brow lift, upper, lower lip lift and vertical facelift and upper Lower ryes done july 7th. It is now 5 months in and i have one eye large than the other when i smile and can't control my spectrum of smiling ( soft smile, laughter). Showing a photo of my face (eyes same size, soft smile) and what a soft smile looks like now and the second photo is laughing. I send photos to my doctor, he reads my messages (i get read receipts but no response). I wnt my old face back
