Unhappy with facelift results - which procedure would help deliver my desired results? 38 y/o female (photos)

Hello I am a 38 year old female and I underwent neck and mid face lift with fat transfer to under eyes at the beginning of the year with jawline lipo. My ideal goals was to remove jowels and define and contour lower face and have more symmetrical looking eyes. I feel like my jaw line hasn’t really changed/ or eyes I still have jowels with the added bonus of really noticeable scars around ears and hairline. What are your professional oppions and what options do I have?
