My surgery is scheduled for May 22nd so I will have the 23rd, 24th, and 25th for my recovery days. I will return back to work on Tuesday the 26th. I work a desk job 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and do majority of my work from a computer. My job is exactly 2 minutes from my home so I will not have far to drive. My implants are going to be under the muscle. A full C, small D so 450cc-500cc. Is this goin to be enough recover time for me? Or will it he too soon to go back to work?

Answer: My recommendation Hello, thank you for the question.I dont think 3 days is gonna be enough. I always recommend at least 10 days of full recovery, 20 days till the patient can drive and 3 months for exercising. A breast augmentation under the muscle can cause more than a regular augmentation so.. Please take all these informations in consideration. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia

Answer: 3 days might be enough time Always best to check with your surgeon on their experience and protocol. I have had some patients who were able to do what you are hoping to do. In general I advise my patients, on average, to expect 5 days to return to an office job. This advice is regardless of the size they chose.Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and AuthorRealSelf Distinguished Hall of Fame Inductee
