It's 13th day of my hair transplant. 90% of the transplanted hair sheded, only 10 percent transplanted hair remain and have some growth, is it normal. scabs are 100 percent clear. kindly have a look over the snaps and advise, is it normal process.

Answer: It is normal to shed transplanted hairs weeks after surgery. The new hairs may take 6 to 12 months to grow.
It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen. Not all doctors use saline spary but your photos show extensive scabbing, Please follow up with your doctor.
Any vasoconstrictive effects are very minor and there will be no effect on your surgery. I cannot give any advice on when to resume smoking, as you shouldn't. If you've given up smoking for the procedure then now is the best time to quit completely.
