Excess fat and some loose skin above my belly button from weight loss over the years. Haven't had kids nor plan to. I don't want a scar across my lower abdomen from a mini or regular tummy tuck. If I have to have a scar, I'd rather have the scar below my breast line or something more hidden. Would any skin tightening or fat removing procedures help? I have had laser lipo for my lower abdomen already where I had a pooch from weight loss. I just don't want big scars.
Answer: Sagging belly button A tummy tuck would improve the appearance of your belly button. If you are against this option you may find some improvement with BodyTite and/or Morpheus8. These two procedures can help to tighten skin. See my website or a provider near you for more information.

Answer: Abdomen Don't waist money and time on a reverse tummy tuck because you still will have big scars and it may pull your breasts down more. With scars, excess skin is removed and the rest is tightened. You could consider liposuction and minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency for some improvement. the results are still not a tummy tuck.

Answer: What can fix my sad/saggy belly button? CoolSculpting, umbilicoplasty, mini or reverse abdominoplasty? (Photos) Would recommend that you consider a short scar TT (The shorter scar it leaves is the same length as that of the mini TT) tightens the muscles, and removes skin and fat. The incision is so low, almost to the level of the leg crease, that bikinis may be worn afterwards. It creates a scar which is flat all the way across and is not a smiley face. This way the ends of the scar never rise above low cut clothing. The areas are sculpted with lipo as the patient desires. The results depend very little on the method used and very much on the board certified plastic surgeon selected. The patient must have adequate skin elasticity to allow for skin retraction after surgery. This factor is the most important element to good results aside from technical proficiency of the surgeon and the patient’s ability to follow the postoperative guidelines. Consult via email, Skype, or in person with a board certified PS who is an expert in short scar TTs

Answer: Tummy tuck candidate Dear Nice584902, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: What can fix my sad/saggy belly button? CoolSculpting, umbilicoplasty, mini or reverse abdominoplasty? Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Based on the fact you've had liposuction previously, an additional treatment alone would likely not provide you the results you are after. I would advocate for a full tummy tuck and liposuction of your waist and flanks. The tummy tuck will tighten your stomach muscles, helping to achieve a flatter appearance, while removing excess skin and adipose tissue. Liposuction can be used to enhance your tummy tuck results by narrowing your waist and removing isolated areas of diet and exercise resistant fat. I understand the desire to limit scarring but I do not think a reverse will provide you the best level of improvement.
