Excess fat and some loose skin above my belly button from weight loss over the years. Haven't had kids nor plan to. I don't want a scar across my lower abdomen from a mini or regular tummy tuck. If I have to have a scar, I'd rather have the scar below my breast line or something more hidden. Would any skin tightening or fat removing procedures help? I have had laser lipo for my lower abdomen already where I had a pooch from weight loss. I just don't want big scars.

Liposuction can be used to enhance your tummy tuck results by narrowing your waist and removing isolated areas of diet and exercise resistant fat. I understand the desire to limit scarring but I do not think a reverse will provide you the best level of improvement.

Answer: Abdomen Don't waist money and time on a reverse tummy tuck because you still will have big scars and it may pull your breasts down more. With scars, excess skin is removed and the rest is tightened. You could consider liposuction and minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency for some improvement. the results are still not a tummy tuck.
