Based on your photos, you may have a poorly formed anti-helical fold. This could be leading to an outstanding ear appearance where your ear is more noticeable than you would like. Depending on your examination, suture otoplasty surgery may be considered for permanently repositioning your ear closer to your head and for improving upon the architecture of your ear. Thank you for your pictures and questions. This is likely the result of a congenital deformity and may require reconstructive surgery to correct.
