The damage and depression at the side and top of your nasal bridge is a direct consequence of the steroid injection, it is a corrosive substance alike an "acid" when injected locally, it is not antiinflammatory as purported unless it is administered systemically.

Let your nose recoven and then seek better technical opinions, your nose is scooped, over rotated, the tip over projected, the alar rim and nostrils have collapsed, you suffer a massive deficit of structure, etc, very bad results.

I do not think that Kenalog injections lead to a crooked nasal appearance. Sometimes, Kenalog can lead to skin indentations. Without examining you, I would say it might be best to leave another surgery as a last resort. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections might be considered for improving upon your nostril asymmetry, and your crooked nasal appearance. Wishing you all moving forward. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for revision rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include placement of extended alar contour grafts, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, placement of a mastoid fascia tip graft , among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
