I’m 36 and know that at some point down the line I will want a face lift. Is there any point in doing a lip lift right now? My philtrum is sitting around 20+ mm and am wondering if I should move forward with correcting it in the next few years or if it’s better to wait for the facelift.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between the nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You may also want to consider a rhinoplasty to correct the dorsum and increase the nasal columella angle.
