im insecure about my philtrum but im scared of getting a lip lift because i saw some reviews in this website and they were not happy with their result they had some scarring,the results looked so bad and botched. so i was just wondering if fillers are enough for me or should i just find a good doctor and get a lip lift?

I recommend a lip lift.  A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Thank you for your question. I do not believe that you are a good candidate for a Lip Lift. You do not have an excessive amount of distance between your top lip and nose. If you are unhappy with the shape and size of your lips, you can always try dermal filler such as Juvéderm to plump things up and create symmetry.
