From what you’ve described, the droopiness on one side and the way your teeth show more on the other could be related to a combination of things: the way your facial muscles work, your natural anatomy, or even your bite/teeth alignment.

There are a few options that can help:
Botox or Dysport can gently relax the stronger side of the mouth muscles to even things out.
Dermal fillers can add subtle volume to the less full side and create better balance.

If your teeth or bite play a role, an evaluation with a dentist or orthodontist may also be helpful.
