If your surgeon is not able to help you with this, you may want to consider seeking secondary consultations. Since you are 8 months after surgery, much of your swelling is gone. These small bumps are barely visible, and depending on your examination, they may be camouflaged with microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections. The nose is made up of several parts; a pair of small bones at the top, a pair of triangular cartilages in the middle, the horse shoe tip cartilages, and supported by the underlying septum. After these structures are reshaped in surgery, swelling occurs for the next 48 hours. Fortunately 80% of the swelling is gone by the end of two weeks for most people, another 10% over the next 2 months. Unfortunately the last 10% may take 12-18 months to resolve. Listen to your surgeon. It is important to give the nose time to heal completely.

Your result is good overall. You should check with your surgeon if a minor revision would be worthwhile

Swelling and final results on rhinoplasty takes 18-24 months and patients should refrain from having any revisional surgery before then. Bones heal by getting bigger for the first 3 months and then getting smaller for next 12 months.

At eight months, your results are more or less final and it’s unlikely waiting further is going to change your outcome.
We generally consider rhinoplasty outcomes, mature, and final at 12 months.
Most plastic surgeons will not do a revision within the first year.
To make an assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure with generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.If you don’t have proper before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Surgery outcomes are generally based on two variables.
The first is patient candidacy and the second is the skill of the provider.
Follow up with your provider and see what they have to say. I don’t think waiting further is going to improve your outcome, but it is also correct to wait at least 12 months before considering revision surgery
Rhinoplasty surgery is fairly complex and my general recommendation is for patients to be highly selective when choosing providers for this type of surgery.
I generally recommend patients have multiple in person consultations before selecting providers.
