Steroids might be helpful but first you need you doctor to check inside your nose and determine the cause of the obstruction

Hello and thank you for your question. There are many different reasons why this could be happening and an intranasal examination would allow your surgeon to immediately diagnose the issue and hopefully help you. I recommend that you see your rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

We can’t make an assessment based on the information provided.
You need an intra nasal examination.
There are a lot of variables that can affect nasal breathing.
It would be important to know if you had in-fracturing for example.
