These indentations in my lips. Are they caused from the lack of Juvederm or my teeth pushing forward? (Photo)

I noticed today my lips hurting a little bit. I checked& I noticed these indentions on the sides of my bottom lips. It looks like my teeth are pushing forward and pressing against them or maybe I'm quenching/grinding my teeth unconsciously. If you look when I smile there's waves in the bottom lip. I haven't had Juvederm injected since March/Aprilish & I'm concerned. Do I need more Juvederm? Or my teeth need to be realigned? I'm very self conscious now. I'm concerned please help :(
