These indentations in my lips. Are they caused from the lack of Juvederm or my teeth pushing forward? (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  It is difficult without an in-person examination to offer definite advice but as the indentations are most readily seen when you are smiling it may be your dentition that is causing the issue.  I would see your injector for an evaluation to discuss additional filler placement or a referral to a dentist.  Best wishes.

It's difficult to assess whether this indentation is caused by your teeth without seeing you for an in-person examination. However, from looking at the photos it appears as though the placement of your teeth is exacerbating the lumps on either side of the lower lip when you smile. These lumps can occur when too much of the substance is placed in one area. I would recommend either waiting for the filler to dissolve naturally, or have it dissolved using hyaluronidase.

It appears from your photos that your teeth are causing the indentions that concern you.  You can return to your injector for more filler in those areas, but you may also need to visit with your dentist if the issue persists.  

The filler is starting to dissolve away after 6 months, which is usually. Most Ha fillers ONLY last 4 to 6 months! Appears you were overfilled either by request or by injecting MD decision? Best to return to see an injecting MD fr more filler if you like the very full lips....

I think the teeth did cause this. It can be corrected with more filler in this area. I would touch up all areas because it is getting to be at the limit of duration of original Juvederm's duration.
