A combination approach will give the most improvement. I recommend lasers, microneedling/PRP, Cosmelan, peels and skin care. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

    This is very concerning to me. I would definitely discuss this with your provider. To address skin like this we would typically recommend lasers and/or micro needling to soften and smooth the tissue. I would perhaps consult with another provider to discuss your experience in greater detail. Hope this helps.
