i see on some photos it helps but others photos it doesnt do too much, when and why will it help ?
Hello and thank you for your question. Microneedling can help tighten skin and smooth out fine lines and improve acne scarring. Typically you will need 3-5 treatments depending on condition of skin and depth of wrinkling/scarring. Without a photo it is hard to tell if a filler would also improve the area. Often, it is a combination of treatments that help the under eye. Microneedling will improve skin tone and texture but if there is hollowing under the eye, you would benefit from filler.
