38DD & want to go bigger & lifted, would implants stretch nipples larger? (Photos)

There is a possibility that the implants will stretch your areolae. That is always a risk, particularly with larger implants.

Hello, thank you for your question. Typically with a breast lift the areolas become smaller but they can get stretched out over time but not to the size they currently are. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your options.

If you are already a 38 DD, I do not recommend implants. The lift technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

If you go larger, you will just sag even more because of the weight. Implants may enlarge your areolae but not the nipples. You would do better with a lift or even a reduction.
