Hi I am currently a 38DD I’m wanting to go somewhat larger and lifted. I pose for photo shoots about once a month and do online posting, I’ve had one child and they hang lower than I’d like now, also would implants stretch my nipples larger? If so that would be good also as it makes for better content. Thanks!

Hello, thank you for your question. You are still very early after post op. Its normal for implants and breast tissue to drop with time even if you had an internal bra. Gravity has its force. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your concern.

Hello, thank you for your question. Its a balancing act when adding an implant for some round shape volume and adjusting your breast tissue. Sometimes we had and implant and remove some of the natural breast tissue. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your concern.
