You have a great buttock shape.  It can be slightly improved with sculptra injections or fat transfer, if you have any fat to take. But I think you do not need to do anything.

Thank you for your question.Fat grafting would be a great option to help fill this area in and make it symmetric to the other side.  I would recommend an in person consultation for a definite answer. If there is scar tissue there, it may require some release of that along with the fat injections.
