Why do I have so many folds of the eyelids? (Photo)

Question

after getting up, tear area seems to be covered by a fold of eyelid and feel that is well adapted to the shape of my eye, but as the hours pass, my eyelid falls and double eyelid crease is and another crease in the area of the tear, then the eye looks like it has many lines and do not know how to fix the problem because when I laugh, for example, the lid fits the area of the tear and sometimes spend days and eyelid looks normal. which happens while it's not as my real or normal eyelid.

This is very common in some patients and is due to skin laxity.  This can be treated non-surgically with a combination of radiofrequency and laser treatments.  Microneeding can help too.  All of which should be performed by a very well trained cosmetic physician.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Imagine a balloon when it gets deflated. It sags with "wrinkles". The same phenomenon holds true for the body and in this case, the upper eyelids. The upper eyelids have gotten hollow with deflated tissue/skin and wrinkles. The treatment would be to add volume to the upper eyelids/brows, to inflate and stretch the saggy skin. That would be filler injection. See an oculoplastic specialist.

It looks like you have some excess skin above your eyelids - a condition known as dermatochalasis.  Blepharoplasty is the ideal procedure to remove some of the excess skin from the eyelids so that the folds disappear.  From the photos, you seem to be an ideal candidate for blepharoplasty, but an in-office consultation is best to review your case and discuss your goals for surgery.  Best of luck!

Based on the close up photo, it looks like you have a droopy upper eyelid ( ptosis).You should see an Eyelid Specialist who can evaluate your eyelids in person and recommend the options.Surgery to correct the eyelid ptosis is very effective. Needling and fillers do not address Eyelid Ptosis ( which is the problem) and you will find them to be a waste of time and moneyAll the best

You might consider a very simple upper lid blepharoplasty with placement of lid fold exactly where you so desire. The crease can be moved to almost any height you so desire, for best make up placement.
