Lines under my bags/above my cheek bones at 23. Not sure if wrinkles or something else. What is this odd thing? (photo)

Basically, I see this on no one else. I have two lines under my bags area, and above my cheek bones. I am very clean, shower, admitedly I do look at my phone a lot and work on a computer, but this cant be the reason. I went to a dermatologist, and she thinks the only treatment is Hyaluronic Acid. I swear as well, 3 weeks ago, i squeezed them a bit and it was as if little black heads were being squeezed. But the lines will stay and have been here for around 1 year.

Hi Jessica,If you were my patient, I would replace lost volume in your cheeks with Voluma, and then if still needed use Restylane immediately under your eye in the remaining hollows.  Make sure to choose your injecting physician most carefully as this is a very delicate and unforgiving area...

If you are not satisfied and concerned, there is really only one option: Actually seeing surgeons in person.  This should have absolutely not bearing on your vision.  For that I recommend seeing a general ophthalmologist.  You can discuss your concerns with that individual as well...

 It’s common to perform Blepharoplasty after cataract surgery. However, one should wait at least 6 months and consult with an ophthalmologist to prevent or minimize a dry eye problem. This should be done in the hands of a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with expertise in cosmetic surgery.

 Lower blepharoplasty can increase dry eyes. This procedure should be done in a proper and conservative fashion, especially in patients that are over the age of 50 and/or if they have had previous cataract or Lasik surgery.
