These photos are really close to my body type. I am 5'3" and 120lb. I have some extra fat that could be taken from my love handles and arms. I don't think I would need a ton to fill in the dips. Would that brig the price down since I don't need my whole butt done? I keep seeing 6K quotes for brazilian butt lifts and thats really far out of my price range. If there was a 3k option I would go today! I really want do have them filled before my wedding.
Answer: What would it cost to fill my hip dips in northern California? It's a great question. I would go in for consultation with an experienced BBL surgeon. You may benefit from simply performing liposuction of the hip area. This helps contour the upper buttocks to smooth the S-curve between your waist, hips, and buttocks. Transferring fat can be helpful for areas that you little more volume. 3k may be hard to find, but you should place the number one priority on experience and safety of your surgeon.

Answer: Liposuction of hips and shape The hip area does very well with liposuction, and the shape improvement is significant. Even folks who are very fit tend to carry some extra fat in that area. You would certainly benefit from liposuction, and a modest amount of fat transfer may further improve your buttocks shape. Best to get a consult from an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified doc who does lots of liposuction and BBL. Pricing may vary, but don't go to place because of price. Best to go with a doctor who you trust and has the proper qualifications, even if it means spending a bit more.

Answer: Fat Transfer to Hips This is a good question. Fat transfer to this area is a great option. It works very well and fills in the indentations and has permanent and long term results. This is the best option for this area. I have filled in problems in this area many times. The best option for an indentation is to fill that area. The best filler for this area is the patient's own fat because anything else would not give a viable fill. It can be performed under local with maybe sedation. Judging from the photos, the costs is variable and most likely is less than a Brazilian Butt Lift. It is not as involved as in a butt lift, therefore the surgical time is not as much. This does affect the cost as well. Fat transfer will work very well in this area. Many surgeons do not have long term results and advise multiple treatments. In my practice, this is not necessary. I have long term predictable result with one treatment. Dr. Greg Chernoff practices in Santa Rosa and I used to practice in that office as well. This may be a good place to start and gain the information you need. He also performs fat transfer and is very good. Good Luck.

Answer: Fat transfer to hip dips The long-term success of fat transfer to the hip dip is not as great as performing a standard Brazilian. The reason for this is a lack of tissue to graft into. In order for fat transfer procedures to be successful the grafted fat has to be placed in A bed of life tissue. The hip dip lax volume and therefore there's less tissue graft into. For areas like this patient may do better by having series if I transfer procedures. I don't think you'll have a problem finding an experienced plastic surgeon who will charge less for what you're asking for then a full Brazilian. This procedure can be done using local Anastasia with or without some form of sedation saving costs of a formal operating room and an anesthesiologist. Start calling plastic surgery offices and ask for in person consultations. For your particular situation I highly recommend consulting with more than one board-certified plastic surgeon. ideally your surgeon should have extensive experience with the transfer. Be leery of a plastic surgeon who is confident that this can be completed in a single session. My practice is devoted exclusively to body contouring using various forms of liposuction and fat transfer procedures. I know firsthand the limitations of fat transfer two areas with insufficient tissue to Grafton to. The most common is perhaps grafting into the outer thighs or hip area. The area is typically look great but at 3 to 6 months shrink down substantially as the fat that was not vascularized after the procedure starts being absorbed. Best of luck, Mats Hagstrom M.D.
