What nose refinements do I need and what is the price range for those changes? I understand that skimping on an experienced surgeon is a bad idea. Rather I'd like to know an estimate before consult (if possible).

Answer: "need" and pricing "Need" is always a difficult word in the plastic surgery world as no one NEEDS cosmetic surgery. That being said, if you are bothered by the width of your nose, some things you could consider would be fracturing in of the nasal bones, alarplasty to get the base narrower, and some tip cartilage modification to get the tip narrower too. If there are other things you don't like about your nose, that might change how much needs to be done. You also have thick skin, which will be alimiting factor in how small and defined you can get your nose. Nonetheless, I feel that this is a very typical rhinoplasty and you can look up what are common prices in your area.
