What nose refinements do I need and what is the price range for those changes? I understand that skimping on an experienced surgeon is a bad idea. Rather I'd like to know an estimate before consult (if possible).

Based on your photos, you do not appear to have an excessively wide or flaring nasal base. Most of the width appears to be in your nasal tip area. In that regard, I would not recommend nostril narrowing, based on what I see. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
