What could a rhinoplasty do for you? based on the views that you show, you appear to have a wide or “bulbous“ nasal tip, a wide bridge, a wide nostril base, and perhaps a retruded columella. The wide bridge tip and nostrils could be addressed with a standard rhinoplasty including alar plasty. and if the retruded columella were to be addressed, this would require harvesting septal cartilage to be used as a graft to project the columella a couple of millimeters downward. Adding this to the standard rhinoplasty will make the procedure somewhat longer and more expensive. You will find that price varies dramatically from one surgeon to the next. You will generally find that prices are higher for surgeons who specialize in doing only nasal surgery. Most patients find that the more expensive cost is well worth it, since rhinoplasty has evolved into a specialty unto itself, and requires a great deal of experience, particularly with ethnic noses. Your skin on the tip of the nose does appear rather thick,, And may need follow up Cortizone injections to reduce swelling, scar tissue, and refine the skin to produce more definition in the tip area.
