Do I have a deviated septum? (Photo)

Question

The tip of my nose is uneven on the right side and it is harder to breathe through my left nostril compared to my right nostril. When I smile, the right nostril is concealed.

Based on the photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The nose looks a bit crooked to the right and part of the reason could be an underlying deviated septum. Rhinoplasty could help refine the tip and the septum can be corrected at the same time. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

I can see the lower edge of your septum sticking out of your nostril on one side. That part is simple to correct. If you have breathing problems an intranasal examination would be needed to determine the cause

It appears that your nose is not symmetrical and is inclined to one side. Also, there is a prominence of the medial crura into one nostril. This could be from a deviated septum as well. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty and septoplasty.

It is possible and likely you have a deviated septum but no one would know for sure unless they look inside your nose. To me it looks mostly like your dorsal septum is deviated to the right.
