I can see the lower edge of your septum sticking out of your nostril on one side. That part is simple to correct. If you have breathing problems an intranasal examination would be needed to determine the cause

It is possible and likely you have a deviated septum but no one would know for sure unless they look inside your nose. To me it looks mostly like your dorsal septum is deviated to the right.
