The tip of my nose is uneven on the right side and it is harder to breathe through my left nostril compared to my right nostril. When I smile, the right nostril is concealed.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and septoplasty It appears that your nose is not symmetrical and is inclined to one side. Also, there is a prominence of the medial crura into one nostril. This could be from a deviated septum as well. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty and septoplasty.
