The tip of my nose is uneven on the right side and it is harder to breathe through my left nostril compared to my right nostril. When I smile, the right nostril is concealed.

Answer: Septoplasty I can see the lower edge of your septum sticking out of your nostril on one side. That part is simple to correct. If you have breathing problems an intranasal examination would be needed to determine the cause

Answer: Rhinoplasty and septoplasty It appears that your nose is not symmetrical and is inclined to one side. Also, there is a prominence of the medial crura into one nostril.
