The tip of my nose is uneven on the right side and it is harder to breathe through my left nostril compared to my right nostril. When I smile, the right nostril is concealed.

Based on your photos, you do not appear to have an excessively wide or flaring nasal base. Most of the width appears to be in your nasal tip area. In that regard, I would not recommend nostril narrowing, based on what I see. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
