I can see the lower edge of your septum sticking out of your nostril on one side. That part is simple to correct. If you have breathing problems an intranasal examination would be needed to determine the cause

It appears that your nose is not symmetrical and is inclined to one side. Also, there is a prominence of the medial crura into one nostril. This could be from a deviated septum as well. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty and septoplasty.

It is possible and likely you have a deviated septum but no one would know for sure unless they look inside your nose. To me it looks mostly like your dorsal septum is deviated to the right.
