Its so big in length. Am I a good candidate for clitoral hood lift. I already have done a clitoral hood reduction in the past, but wasn't too happy about the results. advice please

It’s hard to judge everything from a photo, but from what I can see, you look normal. I don’t think you need a clitoral hood reduction. The clitoral hood protects the clitoris, and removing too much can cause sensitivity problems. I don’t see anything that looks abnormal.
If you want more reassurance, an in-person exam with a cosmetic gynecologist would be helpful. Many women are very hard on themselves after surgery, but medically, this looks normal and healthy.

Your clitoral hood is long and wide. It can be decreased somewhat by reducing the sides, which you may already have had done. I pioneered a clitoropexy with clitoral hood reduction in which the clitoris is pushed closer to the pubic bone and the width, thickness, length, and protuberance of the clitoral hood can be drastically decreased. I have done it over 350 times with excellent results. I have not published this technique, so no one does it like me. No matter the technique, an inexperienced or unskilled surgeon can lead to a high rate of complications, chronic scar discomfort, labial deformities, and further surgery. About 40% of my labia cases are reconstructions of other surgeons' labiaplasties.

Hi! It’s hard to fully assess you from a picture. From what I’m seeing though you look very normal and I would not necessarily say that you need a clitoral hood reduction or lift. The clitoral hood is there for a very specific reason to protect your clitoris. Without the hood, your clitoris would be exposed and potentially over sensitized, which could be good or bad. When I look at your pictures, I don’t think that you look bad in anyway. If you would like more concrete reassurance, I would look for a cosmetic gynecologist in your area and get a consultation. Then the doctor could fully assess you and retract your clitoral hood to see if you have excessive tissue that’s not being visualized in the picture. Often times we get hyper critical of ourselves when we have had plastic surgery in certain areas. We look at it all the time, we pick it apart, we find the things that we don’t like about it, when in fact, we look good. Know that we see female anatomy every day all day, and I think you look very nice and very normal. I hope this is helped.

Hello, I think revision clitoral hudoplasty can be done once again. If labia majora filling is applied in the same process, both the skin is renewed and wrinkles are eliminated. Thus, the cltoral hood appears even more inward and small.

Thank you for the question Your photo shows the effects of a prepuce reduction but not the hood. The hood is just the local area covering the clitoral gland. The glans optimally should protrude 2 millimeters from the hood. Your photo shows the glans totally covered. Clitoral hood reduction can be performed, but if too much tissue is removed and the clitoris is exposed too much, you may experience numbness during sex in the future. When it is removed too much and exposed, over time, the skin on the clitoris may lose its sensitivity as it gets squeezed into underwear. Therefore, it is important to perform a very careful and adequate clitoral hood reduction. I think you will be much more satisfied with the result if hyaluronic acid or lipofilling is applied to the vulva.

In your previous surgery, your labia were reduced. and the clitoral hood is slightly larger than the labia. this floating size only the clitoral hood should be shrunk. however, the natural anatomical transition between the clitoral hood and the labia should be preserved while this procedure is being performed.
