I had a hood reduction - I don’t like how wide it is. Can this be fixed further? (Photos)

Hi all, I had a cliteropexy and hood reduction. I retained all sensation and like result except I want the top part (where the clitoral folds begin) to be more narrow and tucked in, if that makes sense. In short, I want the top to be more of a tucked triangle point than a thicker/wider “base” of my clit. Is this possible to do?
