I’m a 35-year-old and I had a pregnancy when I was 16 and through the years I’ve been gaining and losing weight and I feel very uncomfortable with my body specially, my breast after I had my baby my breast got saggy and has been bothering me for years. Do I really need a tummy tucktuck? I’m planning on losing more weight. It’s been hard. It’s not easy anymore. I do want my back and waist to look slimmer and I’ve seen that some surgeons make the belly look with muscle and pretty. I don’t think I need a BBL but maybe a lift would be OK cause I do have good volume in my butt. I am very worried about the tummy tuck scar. I’ve seen some are pretty bad and I’ve seen some doctors make i the scar look thin. I do have a scarf from a myomectomy from 2024. I’m curious to see how much will it cost me in what I need in my body. Thank you.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You need several procedures and I would begin with your breasts. I recommend a breast lift using the Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, a tummy tuck can be done. The tummy tuck will remove the excess skin and fat and reinforce the abdominal wall after your pregnancy. The excess skin of the back may benefit from a back lift or circumferential body lift, depending on what concerns you the most.

Thank you for your question. Based on your description, I think you would likely be an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck. This procedure can tighten the abdominal wall muscles, which are often stretched during pregnancy, while also removing excess skin to create a flatter, more contoured abdomen. Adding liposuction to the flanks can further enhance your natural curves and help create a more defined waistline.When it comes to scarring, I often tell patients that it is partly dependent on surgical technique and partly dependent on individual healing characteristics. In general, patients who tend to heal and scar well can expect favorable scars when meticulous closure techniques are used.For your breasts, a lift (mastopexy) can reposition the breasts higher on the chest and create a more youthful, lifted appearance. However, a lift alone will not significantly increase upper pole fullness. If fuller volume in the upper portion of the breasts is important to you, an implant would typically be recommended in combination with the lift.Overall, I believe that a combined augmentation mastopexy with tummy tuck could provide a very balanced and beautiful result for your goals.

Thank you for your questions and photos.  If you are planning to lose weight it is best to complete that journey prior to surgery.  This will give your surgeon the opportunity to maximize your results.  You do appear to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck.  This procedure removes excess subcutaneous fat and skin and repairs abdominal wall laxity. The scars are a common concern, but generally patients heal very well and the faded scar is well hidden beneath undergarments.  A breast lift with implants will restore fullness and improve shape.  The best place to begin is a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
