Thank you for your question. The most likely best combination is a 360 tummy tuck plus 360 liposuction. The 360 tummy tuck would address the loose skin, abdominal contour, waistline, and any muscle laxity, while the 360 liposuction would improve the remaining fat around the waist, flanks, and back for a more sculpted result. A back bra-line lift will be needed for the loose skin rolls in the upper back that liposuction alone will not correct. Have an in-person examination with a board-certified surgeon to confirm how much of the problem is fat versus loose skin, and whether the back lift is necessary or if the tummy tuck and lipo alone would be enough.

I always begin with the breasts. I recommend a breast lift using the Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time, you would benefit from a tummy tuck. After these have been completed, you would benefit from a posterior body lift. You may also need a back lift.
