Can I fix this "dent" with rigorous exercise or do I need to see a plastic surgeon? (Photo)

I have a dent on my cheek, as you can see in the photo, and I'm pretty sure I have had it for a while. I didn't know what it was so I showed my friend and she said it's cellulite. Is that true? If so, can I fix it at the gym, or should I see a plastic surgeon??

I do not think that dent will improve with working out.  It looks like it is tight connective tissue.  This can be loosened and/or released to improve the appearance.I hope that helps!  Best of Luck!

It is very difficult to determine the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal butt image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your buttock will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. Liposuction of your lower back and fat transfer is also helpful as an adjunct to implants. Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon.

Dents caused by cellulite are treated with Cellulaze.Dents pre-existing or caused by  trauma are treated with fat grafting and whatever associated scar release would be necessary.  The fat is removed from an area of excess,. e.g., the love handles, treated to purify the fat and micro injected throughout the defect. It works quite well, and usually in one treatment.  If there were scar tissue, more than one might be required.

Hello. The indentation on  your buttock looks like a may be an area of fat atrophy. This sometimes happen when you have had a fall and developed a large hematoma. The pressure from the hematoma could have killed some of the fat cells leaving the dent. The treatment would probably be submission and fat grafting of the area.

Thank you for your question. It appears that you may have an area of cellulite. This is caused by a fibrous connection between your skin and the underlying muscle. Options include doing nothing or Cellfina. Cellfina is a procedure designed to release the adherent band.

I believe your friend is correct in that the dent you're referring to is cellulite.
So you late is caused by connective tissue from the muscle layer to the skin pulling down the skin causing contour irregularities.
The buttocks is the structural area out the needs to support the weight of your body.
Structural areas in our bodies have a lot of connective tissue.
For example the skin on the palm of your hand has very little movement in comparison to the skin on the back of the hand.
In some people this connective tissue is shorter than the distance between the muscle in the skin and they found layers or Packard in costing so you late.
There's a relatively new treatment for so you beat referred to as Cellfina.
With this procedure the connective tissue bands or cut using a small incision.
It is a procedure that is considered semi permanent in that so far results are only guaranteed for 1 to 2 years.
There's really no other good treatment for cellulites.
Contact board-certified plastic surgeon's who have this equipment.
Overall I think your body contour and buttocks look phenomenal so my best recommendation to you is to do nothing.
You should not be concerned about this minor in perfection.
