Liposuction of your lower back and fat transfer is also helpful as an adjunct to implants. Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon.

The most effective and safe alternative to butt enhancement without fat grafting is a butt implant. Butt implants can be performed safely and with dramatic results. Jenner likely had free silicone injected to get her buttocks. Although it may look great now, it will not look great when silicone pustules become excreted.
