I fell about 3 months ago down my wood stairs. I landed on my left butt cheek with full impact. I have a large, deep indention and large bulge above it. I am very uncomfortable when sitting any length of time and cannot do any impact exercises because it causes pain. I have pain on the bulge when any pressure is applied and soreness on my hip and upset back above the bulge. Also it is quite visible through my clothing. What are my options and how can I get it covered through insurance?
