I just had 1 syringe of Juvederm Ultra Plus injected 3 days ago. I have a lump on the left upper lip in the pictures & possibly bruising? I'd like to know if it appears to be bruising & if the lump/bruising will go away. It is only a tad tender at this time.

Please keep in mind that it will take 2 weeks to allow post procedural swelling and bruising to resolve and to see your final result. Icing is beneficial for up to 24 hours after the procedure. Arnica ( Arnika Forte is absolutely Great) is also helpful for minimizing normal post procedure swelling and bruising if you start taking it 2-3 days before the injection and continue for 3 days after the procedure alone with pineapple juice. Avoidance of aspirins, fish oils and NSAIDS for 3-5 days prior to a planned injection will also minimize your bruising risk. Hope this helps and best wishes!

Although I don't see any bruising in your photos, this can also occur and usually resolves in 7-10 days. Mild lumpiness can also be common and can be gently massaged in order to soften them. You should always follow up with your injector if you have any concerns at all.
