Is it worth it to revise this earlobe scar? (Photos)

Is it worth it to revise this earlobe scar? It’s more prominent than I would like 11 months postop. Surgeon has said he would do a revision. I’ve had four rounds of kenalog so far. The first three rounds didn’t seem to do much but the last round with near continuous silicone taping seems to be helping a little however, the revision surgery is also booked. Just not sure if it’s worth it or not as every surgery has risk of course. I am concerned of if I don’t revise these will widen and look worse with time and tissue descent.
