I had a lower FL & neck lift in 2020 It was very tight, and I’ve been told by many PS that too much skin was removed behind my ears. The top of my ears tilted back from the pull. Over the years as the body adapted, this may have worsened & my ears appear to be tending more horizontal. Sometimes I seem to hear something rubbing against the inside of my ears when I open my jaw wide. Can this be corrected? My glasses also sit crookedly on my face since the top of one ear is lower than the other ear. Thank you.

I can see your ears are slanted forward. This is not unusual and it can be fixed.  The facelift needs to be partially redone most likely

What you’re describing can happen after a facelift when there is too much tension placed on the skin during closure, especially around the ears. When that tension is high, it can pull on key structures like the earlobe, tragus, and the upper ear, which may lead to changes in ear position over time, including a backward tilt or asymmetry.
Overall, in many patients, both the scar position and ear position can be improved with revision surgery. The degree of improvement depends on your anatomy and degree of remaining mobility.
