I am healthy female in 50th. I just went to get a buccal pad removal surgery today. After all the markings and the anaesthetics, and cut, (during which Dr. did burn my lip), some digging an pulling started, and after some time I was told that I do not have much, nothing to remove, he told that he took agrain size of fat. And as it was my "fuller" side, we would not proceed with the other side. Cut is in the middle of the cheek, closer to the back. It is possible I have no buckle fat?
