31 y/o female, 127 lbs - What can I do to achieve more feminine facial features?

I’m 31 years old. I’m 127 pounds and 164 cm height. I’m not overweight. I just want to know which procedure to do to my face that will make me look more feminine. Sometimes I wonder if I should get a nose job, or buccal fat removal, or cheek filler, or fox eye surgery. I don’t know which procedure would be right for me.

Based on your pictures, I believe that you would be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. In good hands, it could harmonize your face. I would personally not perform a buccal fat removal (your face is not « too round ») nor a fox eye surgery. Maybe light cheek filler. You have beautiful features so you don’t need much in my opinion.

After analysing these photos, I have impression that your face in very feminine; however, there may be some subtleties (nose?) that can not be clearly seen on these type of photos.
