I had a rhinolasty about 4 years ago and since then I’ve waited patiently for the tip of my nose to drop and for my nose to have some sort of shape to it. However I’ve noticed that my nose is much, much wider and looks flat in pictures. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? Will fillers, massages, taping or even revision help? I feel that my original nose, while it did have a hump, was more attractive. I know the risks of revision, but I’d like to know if there are other things I can do.

Thanks for posting your postop photos, would be nice to see any before photos. I recommend revision of full rhinoplasty. Fees $12,000. Best to virtual consult with...
Hello @Terrific481961, thank you for your question. It is important that you see a different specialist such as a dermatologist, because this type of changes when associated with skin may belong to other types of pathologies not necessarily the previous surgery. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez, MD FACS.
