Had a rhinoplasty 4 years ago. Is there anything I can do about a shorter, pudgy nose after rhinoplasty? (photos)

Good Afternoon! There are definitely options to improve your nasal appearance. 4 years is a long time to wait for changes. I tell my rhinoplasty patients that 1 - 1.5 year is when a majority of change is seen. To help with the flatness, more grafting may be needed to project the nose. This doesn't always mean making the nose wider, though, if done correctly. Fillers can help though the result is temporary and if revision is needed in the future, it can compromise the skin envelope and create scarring. Massaging, taping, and steroids may be options to try before proceeding with surgery. Wishing you the best on your journey.
