Doctor rejected rhinoplasty revision. What should I consider doing? (Photo)

Persistent156677
I had closed Rhinoplasty 16 months ago and as my nose looks botched, I asked for a revision. The doctor rejected my request on the basis that I did not take -all- Zerotanin pills prescribed. First, because I did not fully understand why I need to take them, secondly because depression and hair loss were listed as side effects, which I already struggle with. What should I do/consider doing? I think it is scar tissue from a incision...and the bulbous side is the one where I had the most pain.
