What can be done to widen my nose and how can I communicate this to my doctor? (photos)

Unfortunately, the photos that you posted of your nose are difficult to interpret due to their quality. In that regard, please consider re-asking a question with better photos of your own nose. All due respect, it does indeed sound as though what you're trying to describe is difficult to describe, but really, the photos you've submitted don't show anything at all. Clear, in-focus photos showing your entire face from different angles would make it possible for someone to give a rational opinion.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible to widen a nose during a revision. At the very least, providing some pictures of your nose would likely get you more specific answers rather than the images you have provided. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
