I had a sliding genioplasty and some bone shaving on my chin as it used to be weak but I still wanted it to look v shaped three years ago. However it has left me with a weak jawline surrounded by loose skin, and some strange "double jawline" when I smile. I am over 30 should I get a lower face lift? How can I fix this and why did it happen/why does it look like this? All the after pictures are accurate, I am not pulling my head in and have proper tongue posture, it's just always saggy.
