The images suggest that the liposuction has addressed the volume under the skin and has revealed the contours of the digastric muscles and submandibular glands situated deep to the platysma. Reducing the volume along the jawline inevitably raises slightly the perceived position of the lower jaw and exposes more of the volume underneath it.

There are two main solutions to your concerns. One would be to restore some of the volume along the jawline, which would also camouflage some of the contours under the chin. This can be carried out with fat transfer or filler. The other option is to use a deep plane neck lift intervention to reduce the volume under the chin, which is predominantly deep to the platysma muscles.
