I am a 35 y/o female, and had a rhinoplasty 8 months ago. When I look back at pictures from when I first had it done, it looks nice. I was still getting used to I being so high, as I had a droopy tip, especially when I smiled, but everything looked good. I’ve recently noticed my right nostril is considerably smaller and my nose looks crooked, especially when you look from the base up. I had a bit of skin cut out to help with the size difference but it still looks crooked to me.
