What can be done to make my nose look naturally refined? (Photos)

Hello, Im thinking of getting a rhinoplasty. I’m just not sure exactly what i want my nose to look like. I like my nose sometimes, but it looks very big when i talk, laugh, in pictures. Is it possible to have a very natural refinement to my nose? Like make it less bulbous or wide from the front and above view. And less projected from the side view. Also my right side is different from my left.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

If you have severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower nasal appearance in your bridge and tip.
