Two years post rhinoplasty - Non surgical options to reduce columella lump?

I had a rhinoplasty two years ago and have developed a lump on my columella - I’m unsure if this is scar tissue or cartiledge. I’m interested to know if there‘s anything that can be done to reduce the lump without undergoing revision surgery.

Based on your photos, your left profile appears to be worse than your right. We can see excessive nostril show on the left, which may be due to left nostril retraction. We can also see the polymella incision, and that can typically be fixed with an in-office procedure. And examination would be necessary to elaborate more on this, however, sometimes we simply vaporize a bulging area of skin for a flatter and less distracting appearance. Depending on your condition, a columellaplasty can also be considered to lift the left side, by excising the redundant nasal mucous membrane that is visible. Procedures like that can also be performed in the office with local anesthetic and minimal inconvenience. I don't see any significant irregularity of your columella on the right side. Please consider meeting with a reputable rhinoplasty specialist who has many favorable online reviews, and a litany of positive online consumer reviews. I wish you all moving forward. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, the best option to address your columella would be a surgical revision. Your tip also appears to be over rotated. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
