Your pictures are insufficient to make an assessment. I suggest posting proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have those ask your surgeon to forward them.
The picture you posted the shower no evidence of anything being wrong.
We need reference pictures.
Delivering consistent quality liposuction results it’s more difficult than most people believe. And encourage people to be very selective before opting for liposuction which is a permanent and more or less your reversible procedure.
Revision work weather done with revision Liposuction, fat transfer or a combination of both many times more difficult than primary Liposuction so the need to find a talented experience surgeon goes without saying.
To find the right provider I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.
Basket provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures. Typically for primary procedures patients should expect an experience provider to be able to show at least 50 sets up before and after pictures of commonly performed procedures. For revision work this may be different.
Revision work can definitely make things worse rather than better so choose your provider carefully.
Bodytite is typically done in conjunction with Liposuction so in that sense your provider was correct.Personally I have a little faith that bodytite does anything in regards to skin tightening despite all of the claims.
Consider reposting with better pictures or better yet start the consultation process with local providers who seem to be good at both Liposuction and fat transfer.
