Lipo for banana rolls and saddle bags? (Photo)

Question

Hello I’m 38 and relatively active , however I have these stubborn banana rolls that are worse than any I’ve seen . I’ve consulted a doctor already about bbl and they didn’t recommend it . What options do I have to help resolve these ?

These areas can be very difficult to remove with diet and exercise alone. Therefore, liposuction is typically recommended to target those stubborn zones!
